This flower is just one of the rolled flowers from the Art Philosophy and Artiste Cricut Cartridges. The flower used for the tutorial came from the Artiste cartridge. The flower on the card was cut from the Art Philosophy Cricut Cartridge. You need to have your Liquid Glass ready when you start rolling the flower. I used the Z1382 Tweezers to roll these flowers until I recent purchased the Z1795 Quilling Tool. The Quilling Tool works much easier! Another hint is to make sure your mat is sticky enough so the paper won’t release as the Cricut cuts the flower.
Ink the edges of the flower with Smokey Plum ink before rolling. With the tweezers or quilling tool at the small end of the flower, start rolling around the tool. I roll it tight as it will loosen when I start to glue it. Roll all the way to the center/circle end. This will be your base.
Once that is done, holding the flower against the circle base, loosen the tweezers/quilling tool. Holding the flower so it won’t come unrolled too much, carefully lift the flower a little bit so you can get Liquid Glass on the base.
Once it is dry you can push the petals down to better shape your flower. Add a sparkle in the center to make it pop!
